Login Information for Student Accounts

The NCC Student Logins page links to your student accounts, including Workday, Brightspace and email, as well as other helpful resources.

How do I find my NCC student login information?

When completing your NCC student application, you will be required to provide a personal email address.

Within 1 hour of submitting the application, a login information email will be sent to the email address that you used in your application. This email will be sent from support@northampton.edu

This email will provide your student ID number, student email address, and username for signing into college systems. It will also direct you to finish setting up your account.

Are you unable to find your login information email?

Visit onboard.northampton.edu. Claim your account using your student ID and personal email address that you used in your NCC application. Create a strong and unique password, using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

If you need additional help, contact NCC's IT Support. They normally process password reset requests the same business day or the next morning. Call 610-861-5413 or email support@northampton.edu.

How to Forward Your NCC Email

Please remember that when sending NCC-related emails, you should always send from your NCC email account. If you send NCC emails from your personal account, your messages may be automatically sorted into junk folders, and there is no way for faculty or staff to verify your identity. Steps to forward email:

  1. Begin by logging into your NCC Outlook account (linked to from the NCC Student Logins page).
  2. Click on the Settings gear icon at the top of the webpage.
  3. Select “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom of the pane.
  4. In the settings dialog box, select “Mail” then “Forwarding.”
  5. Select the “Enable forwarding” checkbox and enter in the email address that you wish to forward to.
  6. Finally, click “Save.”
