Applying

STEP 1: APPLY FOR ADMISSION

You must be admitted as a student to NCC to be considered for housing. If you haven't, apply now!

STEP 2: SUBMIT HOUSING APPLICATION AND PAY FEES

The application is easy and only takes a few minutes. As part of the application, you will need to pay a $225 housing application and deposit fee using a credit or debit card. See Refund Policy below regarding the deposit.

STEP 3: SUBMIT FAFSA

Students should immediately apply for financial aid by filing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Information is available on the Financial Aid webpage.

Timing of Housing Offers

Applications will be considered only after the $225 application and deposit fee has been submitted. The Office of Housing and Residence Life will evaluate housing applications and offer housing contracts contingent on the date and time the housing application is received and an on-campus housing disciplinary check form showing little to no disciplinary history.

Housing Health Form

A Housing Health Form should be completed as soon as possible once a student is offered housing. The Health Form is a requirement to live on-campus and must be uploaded to the student's MyRecordTracker account to be reviewed. Click here to download the Housing Health Form.

Move-In Information

Move-in for the Fall 2024 semester will occur on the weekend of August 23. Please note: students must have completed all pre-move-in items and be cleared in order to move in.

Refunds

Fall Applicants - $200 deposit is refundable until July 1 once a housing contract is signed.

Spring Applicants - $200 deposit is non-refundable after a contract is signed (this is due to less timing before the semester starts).
